Eight AM Baker Hustle >>Week 3

Week three was a little rougher. The kids all had colds and Sawyer was pretty grumpy all week. He was ready for a nap by 9 am every morning which totally threw nap time off. I kind of thrive off of all of them napping at the same time so when that doesn't happen it's a much rougher afternoon. Oliver is still absolutely loving school and was excited to transition to playing on the big playground with all of the other elementary students as opposed to staying on the kindergarten playground before the school bell rings in the morning.

Eight AM Baker Hustle>>Week two

Week two of school went so well. Getting everyone up and going in the morning has not been as bad as I was anticipating it would be. I'm definitely really tired and so are the kids. We're still trying to figure out how to navigate our earlier nap time. It doesn't work well at all on the weekends and by Sunday night they're all dead tired. Sawyer was down to one nap but now needs two but that doesn't work out with the new nap time schedule. We'll get it figured out eventually but for now it's a little rough during the day. It takes them most of the week to catch up on sleep and by then it's the weekend again. I feel like we didn't get to go out and do much this week because it was so hot and trying to get naps in and get Oliver to and from school leaves little time for much in between, sadly. Oliver is still loving school!
